Custom engineered Robotics and Automation equipment OEM and systems integrator has immediate need for Electromechanical Equipment Technicians and Robotics / Automation Technicians.
Technician’s duties to include build, wire, and test systems from blue prints for automated machines & robotics equipment. Work with colored wiring (industrial codes) during assembly and test, troubleshoot systems to component level to determine root cause of failures and develop solutions. Read blueprints and schematics and use an array of tools and diagnostic devices to service and install electrical parts. Repair or install large electrical equipment (ex. industrial fans, large motors, or control systems). Install and test new equipment and systems, and come to repair or maintain older, pre-existing systems. Run electronic tests and inspections, cleaning contacts or circuit boards, ensuring that systems are grounded and installing outlets, fixtures and switches. Preventative measures such as oiling motors, bending conduit and replacing old wiring are also among their duties. Check switches, motors, regulators and other parts of an industrial electrical system. Also will work on hydraulic, pneumatic and other types of systems.
